Daryl Tol: Rebuilding Trust

Former President/CEO of AdventHealth Central Florida Division, Daryl Tol, tasked his team with researching the history of health care in communities of color in Central Florida. Their findings revealed decades of racism and inequity, the impacts of which are still felt today as health care providers battle distrust and suspicion in most communities of color.
