Excitement filled the air as students at Orange Center Elementary in Orlando, Florida, gathered for a big surprise that promises to shape their educational journey for years to come. Students were about to see the brand-new media center, STEM classrooms, and upgraded library!
The ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the official opening of the revamped center and classrooms. Taking stock of the remarkable makeover, student Taylor Davis expressed delight, “It’s good as new!”
From state-of-the-art technology to cozy and inviting furniture, the students couldn't be happier. As Taylor Davis eloquently put it, the space will, "help kids in the future.”
Orange Center Elementary educators beamed and spoke about the school's dedication to raising the bar of learning. With the new STEM center, the bar has not only been raised but lifted to new heights, he said.
This incredible transformation wouldn't have been possible without the collaborative efforts of various partners, including Florida Citrus Sports, Lift Orlando, The Big 12 Conference, and the College Football Playoff Foundation.
Lift Orlando is committed to our students and incredibly grateful for the ability to invest in their education.
Thank you to all who made this wonderful day possible!
