Pendana at West Lakes

In 2018, we completed Phase I of Pendana at West Lakes, an affordable mixed-income community and winner of Orlando Business Journal’s 2018 Multi-family Real Estate Impact Award. This new development was built on the former site of what was reputed as the worst apartments in Orlando. Developed in partnership with Columbia Residential, Phase I includes 200 mixed- income apartment homes. Presently, 140(70%) of these units are designated as affordable, based on income levels for residents earning 60% of the area median income or below; 20 (10%) are designated for extremely low-income tenants; and 40 (20%) are available for middle income residents or higher at a regular market rate. Community amenities include a 5,000-sf community building, fitness center, computer center, laundry facilities, and a living room with space for community meetings ranging from socials, workshops, and arts and crafts activities. Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool and playgrounds.
