Pendana Senior Residences of West Lakes

Phase II of Pendana is a three-story, interior corridor, mid-rise building designed exclusively for senior citizens (62 years and older). The complex consists of 120 units: 90% feature one-bedroom/one-bathroom floor plans, and the remaining 10% are designed as two-bedroom/one-bathroom floor plans. 90% of the units are reserved for low-income tenants with the remaining 10% reserved for very low-income tenants and are set aside for use in partnership with the City of Orlando for the chronically homeless. The Senior Residences started welcoming home new residents in May of 2020.
